Progress in comfort

Just wanted to take a moment and make note of the progress of our little boy in his feeling comfortable here. We will have been home one week tomorrow night and already he is sleeping better at night. We have gone from up three times or more a night to just one or none. The other pretty major milestone for me is the lack of tears and screaming at nap time and night time. In Moscow I was pretty certain that would never go away, and here now two nights and days in a row there has been none. It makes it so much nicer to get through the evening knowing there won't be a big fit before bed. He loves to be rocked, he still only looks me in the eye sometimes during that, a bit too personal yet for him, but he is getting better. I hear him making noises to himself all day. He is learning the tongue can do many weird things. His giggle is still endearing and really infectous. I wonder if we'll have a real musical child on our hands, he loves to play the piano and when its rocking time, there better be singing or at the very least humming. Amazing how he enjoys that. We still need to figure out some things, the one major thing is how to sit still in church. That one may take some time, and we are so glad for patience of others. He likes to sing in church though. Perhaps it won't be too long and the sitting still won't be so hard either. Mommy just needs to figure out a few things to help that out. ITs all a learning process for all involved. He is getting alittle more picky about what he eats. Its a texture thing, but mostly he just wants lots of whatever he likes. Breakfast is still his favorite meal and milk is still a bit iffy. Just this much for now, nothing major exciting, just some updates and milestones.
